Grief

Sometimes, grief slowly wells up and shows itself over the course of a few weeks or even months. It needs attention and I need to go through the pain to release it again.

Sometimes, like today, it suddenly hits me and I’m a complete wreck in the matter of seconds.

This happened today while finishing off a yoga session. I miss you, Lily. I miss the person you would be today.
